Returns & Exchange Policy
Beeolix Enterprise accepts returns, after the return is approved, the customer will be provided store credit ONLY. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. The conditions of the return are as stated: tagged with original tags, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. If a product is not in its original state the customer will not be issued a store credit or refund, the customer will be responsible for paying to return products back to them. Each customer has a 7 day grace period from the day the item(s) is received, the item(s) will not be refunded if it is returned after 7 days. Once an order has been placed your order is final and therefore cannot be cancelled. Sales items are not eligible for an exchange, nor are they eligible for store credit.
Orders will be processed 2-5 days after orders are placed. Please email email@example.com if this is an express order. If any corrections need to be made, please contact 08024043601 on WhatsApp immediately (or within 24 hrs) of the date the order was placed. International orders to the UK have the option of USPS, all other countries must select DHL Express. Beeolix fashion is not responsible for custom fees and if you opt for your package to be returned, you are responsible for return shipping charges. Orders generally take 3-4 business days to be processed. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Beeolixfashion tries our upmost to ensure our products are delivered on time, however delays are possible, especially during the busy holiday and sale season, or custom holds. Please keep in mind that we are provided an estimated delivery date from our carries, it is an estimation, not a guarantee. On rare occasion, these packages can arrive out of the estimated time frame.
